Sales promotion model for Belgium offering a saving over the normal combined list price of the car plus extras and a chance to own a non-standard paint colour finish.

The Speciale Belgique 1200 (priced at 10,000 F) and 1300S (priced at 16,700 F) were produced by D’leteren at Brussels, (Belgium).
